Weekly rentals available; weekends or weekdays occasionally available.
$975 per week
September - June
$150 per night (minimum 3-night stay)

$750 per week for 2 or more consecutive weeks

Additional Fees
State lodging tax of 7% is additional (rate subject to change).
$200 (week or weekend rental) or $500 (monthly rental) refundable security deposit.
Surcharge of 1.5% for payment by credit card or PayPal.

Policies
No pets or smoking allowed on premises. Pets will be considered with additional deposit.
50% of rent and security deposit is required to hold reservation.
Remaining balance of rent and security deposit are due 3 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations subject to $100 fee.
